	Daruvar Court confirmed that the named person was dead.  Dated 4th of October 1955
	This document confirms that the assets of KONRAD TEVIH, born in 1900 in Bastaji were confiscated and that he was last seen escorted out of the town by the Partisans and never heard off thereafter. Signed on 12th of October 1947 in Uljanik
	By the end of 1945 Tito's Administration stopped using mock court trials. Here is a page of people whose names started with "B", whose assets were confiscated. No court, no trials, just plain theft! Just one page out of one binder of many, many others.
