Hrastovac, teacher following Wilhelm Ebersold. Moved into the brand new one-room  school building, attached with a three bedroom teacher's apartment.  Johann Haas was the last teacher sent from Krischona monastery in Schwitzerland.  Was very influential for the village life and community.  Died at his only daughter's Emilie home in Lexa in Brsljanica.

Daruvar, Landowner of future Hrastovac settlement. Subdivided the land in 1865 and sold parcels to the first settlers for 40 Gulden. The size of each farm was 6.5 Joch, 1 Joch for house and Hof and communal 400 Joch for grassing land. 5 Gulden hat to be paid up front, the rest in five years, with no interest.
